HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Standard orders are typically processed between 1 to 3 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Our shipping costs are calculated on weight and destination.  Rates (as of July 2015) are in $NZ:

New Zealand

Standard $8                   FREE delivery on orders over $40

Australia

Standard (>5kg) $8        Heavy Goods (<5kg) $13

Rest of World

Standard (>5kg) $15      Heavy Goods (<5kg) $25

International Tracked

Courier option is available upon request. Please add a comment during check out for this option and we will let you know the additional cost.


IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply to personalised orders.

 

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK.

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case please feel free to email us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.

 

DO YOU GUYS GIFT WRAP?

All our orders come wrapped nicely in packaging paper and tied up with string. Plus we can even write your personalised message in one of our gorgeous gift cards and send it straight to the lucky person. Just be sure to write your instructions at checkout.

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Absolutely. Our stationery is printed on FSC certified paper stock. All of our paper scraps are either recycled or reused for packaging, and we use local vendors whenever possible. Our ink used when screen printing is either vegetable or water based ink, and our cottons are organic when possible.

 

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

Our goods are carried in stores all around the world. Please take a look at our Stockists page for more information.

 

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?

Yes.

 

ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM WORK?

As well as being a brand we also act as a custom design studio and are available to take on custom design and illustration work on a limited basis. Please email us about your project and someone will get back to you shortly. Some of our recent clients include Auckland Art Gallery, Lululemon NZ, Jules Taylor Wines, Zee Zee Merino, and Bettle and Associates.

We do our very best to accommodate special requests from our customers.

 

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING INVITATIONS?

Yes, we offer a full range of personalised wedding invitations. Please email hello@toodlesnoodles.com for more information. At this time we offer wedding invitations by request and with limited availability.
