This year for my birthday I bought myself a juicer! Sure, not your typical birthday gift but with 2013 being so busy, my health took a bit of a backseat priority. So I've decided to put my health a bit forward on the priority list this year and with us now having our own veggie patch, a juicer seemed like a perfect pressie! I do have to admit, I have taken it out of the box, assembled it, displayed it nicely on the kitchen bench, but have yet to use it! Ingredients: 1/2 a box of arugala an apple a cucumber half a lemon about 1.5 cube inches of ginger Directions: 1. throw all those ingredients in your juicer 2. adjust for your personal preference 3. sip up! Joe Cross
Ingredients: Apples - 2 medium (3" dia) 364g Celery - 4 salk, large (11"-12" long) 256g Cucumber - 1 cucumber (8-1/4") 301g Ginger - 1 thumb (1" dia) 24g Kale - 6 leaf (8-12") 210g Lemon - 1/2 fruit (2-3/8" dia) 42g Directions: Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
